A GOOD PLAN PREVENTS SURPRISES
We take site preparation seriously!
Before any work begins, we install floor-to-ceiling plastic containment walls to isolate dust. We also run HEPA-filtered air scrubbers to capture fine particles and maintain clean healthy air—meeting EPA RRP guidelines. We also protect your floors and surfaces with heavy-duty coverings, keep tools organized, and remove debris daily to maintain a safe, respectful worksite. Our goal is to minimize disruption, safeguard your home, and ensure every step of the project is as clean and professional as the final result.

OUT WITH THE OLD
Once your home is fully protected its time for DEMO!
Demolition is done strategically and with care to preserve anything being reused or reconfigured. It’s also the stage where hidden issues like old water damage, faulty wiring, or structural concerns may be uncovered. If anything unexpected arises, we’ll communicate clearly and walk you through your options before proceeding. For projects with significant debris, we typically place a dedicated jobsite dumpster to keep the workspace clean and organized. Throughout this phase, we maintain a tidy jobsite with daily debris removal and detailed progress updates through JobTread, so you’re always informed and confident in the process.
THIS IS WHERE THE MAGIC STARTS
During the "Rough-In" phase your new layout will start taking shape.
We construct or modify walls, ceilings, and structural elements as needed to support the updated design. During this phase, licensed electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians perform all essential rough-in work—installing or rerouting wiring, pipes, vents, and mechanical systems to align with the project plan. We also install wood blocking inside the walls for things like cabinetry, wall-mounted fixtures, or safety features. If building inspections are required, we coordinate those before any walls or ceilings are closed up. This phase sets the stage for everything that follows, ensuring your project is built on a strong, code-compliant foundation.

TAPE IT EASY-DRYWALL TAKES PATIENCE
The pre-finishing phase your project will start to feel like home again.
We begin by installing insulation where needed for energy efficiency, comfort, or sound control. Then we hang, tape, and finish drywall to create smooth, clean surfaces throughout the space. After applying a joint compound, we carefully sand and prep the walls for paint, tile, or other finishes. If your project includes specialty wall treatments—like tile, paneling, or trim—we also prep those areas with the proper backing and support. This phase sets the stage for the transformation to really begin.
WE ARE NEARING THE FINISH LINE
Once the walls are ready we move into the finishing phase.
During this stage, we install trim and millwork like baseboards, crown molding, and window casings to give the space clean, polished lines. We then apply your selected paint colors to the walls, ceilings, and trim to bring warmth and character into the room. Flooring comes next—whether it’s hardwood, tile, luxury vinyl, or carpet—followed by the installation of cabinetry, built-ins, or vanities. If your design includes tile, we carefully install backsplashes, shower surrounds, or feature walls with attention to alignment, waterproofing, and pattern layout. This phase is all about bringing your vision to life with craftsmanship and attention to detail.

ITS ALL COMING TOGETHER NOW
We install and connect all plumbing fixtures—like faucets, sinks, toilets, and showerheads—ensuring everything is leak-free and functioning perfectly. Our electricians install light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, dimmers, and smart controls, bringing the room to life with light and power. HVAC registers, exhaust fans, and thermostats are also completed during this phase. If your remodel includes a kitchen or laundry area, we will hook up all appliances—making sure they’re secure and operating properly. Finally, we add the finishing touches like cabinet hardware, mirrors, towel bars, and accessories to complete the transformation. It’s all about bringing the design together with comfort, functionality, and style.
IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT
The final phase is the walkthrough and project closeout.
This is where we review every detail of the remodel together and create a “punch list” of any final touch-ups—like paint corrections, alignment adjustments, or caulking refinements. Our team promptly addresses these items to ensure everything meets our high TruQuality standards. We also perform a full, detailed cleanup of the space—removing dust, wiping down surfaces, and leaving your home spotless and ready to enjoy. If required, we’ll coordinate final inspections with your local building department. Once everything is complete, we review care instructions and warranty details with you, and invite your honest feedback through our post-project review process. Our goal is simple: to hand over a finished space that exceeds expectations and feels like home from day one.
